Meet Mayur.

I spent a decade building and leading engineering teams — from pre-seed startups finding product-market fit to the UK government's transformation programme.

I'm a hands-on CTO. I write production Java, TypeScript, Python, Node and Solidity. I design cloud infrastructure, bake in security, and ship AI/ML features end-to-end. I've hired, fired, and mentored engineers, and sat in board rooms explaining architecture to non-technical founders and investors.

Now I bring that senior engineering leadership to founders who need it — without the full-time cost or the two-month hiring loop — and to larger companies that need a specialist for a hard problem in software, data, or AI/ML. I don't just advise. I build.

I work from Paul Street in Shoreditch — the heart of London's tech scene, minutes from Old Street roundabout — close enough to be in the room for board meetings, architecture workshops, and hiring loops anywhere in the city. The rest of the week runs remote-first over Slack and a shared repo, which is how I work with clients across the rest of the UK too.
